Underfloor heating

The type of floor heating you require will very much depend on the room size(s) and your final choice of floor covering.  We use cable and mat systems, purchased from UK suppliers and only supply and install the highest standard of quality available in underfloor heating technology. 

The electricity wattage of our systems is from 100 to 200 watts per m² depending on your requirements.  Your final floor covering and insulation will affect the time it takes for your floor to reach your desired temperature and we can advise you on this to make your system as cost-efficient as you’d like it to be.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

In the unlikely event of a breakdown of your underfloor heating system, we offer a ten year guarantee on all our heating elements and a two year guarantee on our digitally controlled thermostats.  As well as the manufacturer’s warranty, we have full public liability insurance to cover our installation services.

Claims under this warranty must be lodged in writing to us within 21 days of the failure of the product (see the Contact Us page for address details).

What is covered

• Breakdown of the heating element within 120 (one hundred and twenty) months of installation.
• Breakdown of the thermostatic controls within 24 (twenty four) months of installation.
• Repair or replace that part of the installation not properly functioning or pay the purchaser a sum equal to contract price for supply and installation.

What is not covered

• Breakdown due to wilful neglect or negligence.
• Accidental damage or damage from external sources (fire, flood, structural damage, etc) which may be covered under your house insurance policy.
• Failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions (safety instructions will be supplied for all purchases and installations).
• Failure due to incorrect or abnormal electricity supply which is outside of our fitters’ control.
